Hi! I’m Kaeli.
I am a born people pleaser, with a huge, wild heart (which I tend to wear on my sleeve). I love romance, big gestures, smiling at strangers, slow-dancing, sleeping in, and just about anything that involves cheese, wine, and quality time with the people I love.
I drive fast, chase the sun, pray on the moon (hence; Luna), and cry every time I watch The Notebook or Titanic - both of which I have seen like a hundred times.
I've been planning dinner parties since before I can remember-- I'd invite my friends over for a "little soiree" (hence, well, Soiree). I was always looking for a reason to bring people together.
I started Luna Soiree Events in 2008, with a genuine enthusiasm, and desire to create wildly successful events with a personal touch. While I have evolved, and grown into a designer that has mastered the art of crafting weddings and events that tell a story through my clients eyes, the intention of my little company is still the same - I'm just a little better at it now, and have a few more tricks up my heart stained sleeve ;-)
In my free time, you might spot me at at Pilates class, grabbing dinner downtown Ann Arbor, attending UM Football or Volleyball games, seeing a show, either with my daughter, or watching her perform on stage, or I'm probably just home, singing along to Lily Allen, The Greatest Showman or Hamilton!
xoxo
Principal Planner + Event Designer
I’m currently a senior at the University of Michigan, studying Communications and Media with a minor in Social Media Analysis and Design. With a background in hospitality, marketing, and social media, I bring a well-rounded perspective to the world of event planning. I love my role as the Events & Social Media Coordinator for Luna Soiree Events.
As a true people-person, I support our team in every stage of the process—from behind-the-scenes coordination to day-of event execution. My organizational skills, creative eye, and positive energy have made this role deeply fulfilling. I love watching months of planning unfold into beautifully curated events—and sharing those meaningful celebrations on social media for all to see.

VIRTUAL ASSISTANT
Hi, I'm Kelsey, a virtual assistant supporting LSE.
I started with the company back in 2014, when I became a summer intern. I then grew into the role of Associate Event Planner before I moved away from Michigan in 2017.
Since then, I've moved a couple of times and now live in Austin, Texas. I've stayed connected and helped out with LSE projects here and there over the years. I'm happy to be taking on a more active role with the team as remote project management support from my home in the Lone Star State.
As your typical Type A friend, I thrive on planning and organizing. You can find me traveling, trying new cocktail bars, and hosting fun, themed parties with friends.
DAY-OF EVENT COORDINATOR
Hi, I am London Williams, an Assistant Event Coordinator for Luna Soirée Events.
With over three years of experience in the event industry, I have had the privilege of helping organize and execute numerous successful events. I love seeing the venue transformed into a beautiful celebration space and enjoy being a part of the team that makes it all happen!
Outside of work, I am a passionate traveler, constantly seeking new experiences alongside my two beautiful children & family. I am excited to see you on your wedding day!
My daughter, Elena Vienne, is the brightest light in my life. She came into this world with kindness in her heart, and the kind of compassion, sweetness and joy that a mother could only wish for. She has grown up with a fierce determination to succeed, and a desire to share love and light with everyone around her. She is talented beyond measure and hearing her sing, is one of my greatest joys. Elena is a senior at Northwestern University studying musical theater, and challenges me everyday to be a better mother, friend, and human.

Karl and I have been together for 7 years. He loves me when I'm unloveable, and is my anchor through windy sails. We own a home together in Ann Arbor, MI, and have committed our lives to one another--but, guess what?! We aren't married! LOL! We are both full time parents to our kids, so between parenting and running our businesses, we just haven't sealed the deal. Maybe one day this wedding planner will be planning her own wedding, but for now, we are just doing this life thing together. Karl is an attorney and has a family practice with his Dad in Ypsilanti, MI.

This is Lily Rascal Garcia. Elena and I got Lily when she was 7 weeks old, from a family that rescued a pregnant Labrador, and Lily was part of the litter. We really couldn't have asked for a better dog. She has brought so much companionship and love to our home. Lily turned 10 this year, but still loves to play fetch with the Chuck-it! and tennis ball, and wrestle with her stuffed animals.
