Hi! I’m Kaeli.
I am a born people pleaser, with a huge, wild heart (which I tend to wear on my sleeve). I love romance, big gestures, smiling at strangers, slow-dancing, sleeping in, and just about anything that involves cheese, wine, and quality time with the people I love.
I drive fast, chase the sun, pray on the moon (hence; Luna), and cry every time I watch The Notebook or Titanic - both of which I have seen like a hundred times.
I've been planning dinner parties since before I can remember-- I'd invite my friends over for a "little soiree" (hence, well, Soiree). I was always looking for a reason to bring people together.
I started Luna Soiree Events in 2008, with a genuine enthusiasm, and desire to create wildly successful events with a personal touch. While I have evolved, and grown into a designer that has mastered the art of crafting weddings and events that tell a story through my clients eyes, the intention of my little company is still the same - I'm just a little better at it now, and have a few more tricks up my heart stained sleeve ;-)
In my free time, you might spot me at at Pilates class, grabbing dinner downtown Ann Arbor, attending UM Football or Volleyball games, seeing a show, either with my daughter, or watching her perform on stage, or I'm probably just home, singing along to Lily Allen, The Greatest Showman or Hamilton!

Our Story

Meet my Family

I'm Kaytee!  I am an Event Coordinator with LSE and florist behind Artemisia.

After planning my own wedding in November, I discovered an affinity for event planning and design. My 14 years in the service industry has grown into a passion for hospitality of all forms and I am thrilled to bring that experience to the world of events.

As an Event Coordinator, I helped the team manage every aspect of the event day including installs, decor, ceremonies, transitions and all the behind-the-scenes.  I am passionate, have attention to detail and deep caring to each unique event.

I have a BA in Art History from Wayne State University in Detroit and love to draw from my knowledge and eye for aesthetics as inspiration. Art has always played an important role in my life. Sidenote: I once made an animation for a fan contest to be on my favorite show Arrested Development. The prize was a trip to California to be an extra in the show. (I won!)

I'm Brooke! I am an Event Coordinator + Planning Assistant with Luna Soiree Events. I joined the LSE team in 2021!

Day to day, I'm managing client and vendor communication, designing inspiration boards and decor items, and finalizing details for our upcoming events. On the day of, I'm Kaeli's right hand woman, handling vendor logistics and ensuring all the details are in place for the celebration.

I live for those jaw-dropping, spontaneously beautiful moments in life, so weddings are definitely the place for me!

I am a student at the University of Michigan going towards a degree in Communications + Film, Television, and Media with a minor in Business. While school/work definitely keeps me busy, I like to spend my free time rollerblading in local parks, practicing my photography skills, and re-watching all my favorite rom-coms - Singin' in the Rain will forever have my heart!

I'm Micayla!  I am a Lead Planner with Luna Soiree Events.  I have been part of the team since 2017 and in 2021, launched the Texas branch of LSE.

I started with the company as a summer intern, shadowing on event days and learning about the wedding planning process.

For the next 2 years, I became involved with every aspect of the planning journey with our LSE couples from initial consultations to their big day with my role as an Associate Event Planner.

In 2019, I re-located to Austin, TX and provide LSE with project management support remotely from my new home in the Lone Star state.  And when I'm lucky, I spring on every chance to help with events while I'm back in Michigan.

I am a graduate of the University of Michigan (Go Blue!), proud dog mama to 2 blue heelers, Maizey + Tate, and patiently waiting for my partner of 3 years to pop the question!

I'm Libbie! I've been with the LSE team since it’s inception in 2008. As a friend and colleague of Kaeli’s, she helped curate some of the initial concepts of the business, and assisted on event days, once LS began to grow. Now, she brings over 10 years of event experience, an upbeat and positive attitude, and a easy-going, yet confident approach to our events!

Libbie is a Registered Dietitian with Aramark at Michigan Medicine, in Ann Arbor. She has called Ann Arbor home most of her life, apart from undergrad at Albion College and brief move to San Francisco.

She returned to school in and completed her Master of Science in Dietetics. While in school, she continued to be a vital member of the Luna Soiree team, got involved EPIC races, and even started a personal style consulting business-- all of which she continues to do, as time allows.

I'm Christina! I started with the LSE as an intern in February of 2020.

However, I was soon sent home from school as the craziness of the year ensued. I was luckily able to return and complete my
internship in the fall of 2020, helping the LSE team with their fall weddings and preparing for the 2021 season. Since then, I have been able to learn and grow as a young professional in the
events industry through the amazing mentorship and opportunities LSE has provided me.

As a planning assistant and event coordinator, I support the entire wedding journey from inception to completion. I have a keen eye for detail and will work diligently to make every event the best it can be.
I am currently a Senior at the University of Michigan studying Communication and Media with a minor in Economics. I currently love binge watching a good show, reading on my porch when I can find time, and exploring the world of health and fitness.
