Our mission is to personalize every "soiree", mindful that each client has a unique vision, budget, and set of planning and coordination preferences, while remaining flexible to accommodate your changing needs throughout the planning process.

Luna Soiree was created because of my passion for people and watching them enjoy life's special occasions. While learning the business of event planning, I grew to love it, and truly enjoy having the ability to get personal and creative. Working with large companies however, it seemed my mission didn't match the "mass production" mentality.

I wanted to be able to work with everyone, regardless of budget, and find a way to make their vision a reality. I wanted something different--something with a more personal touch and genuine enthusiasm.

Thus, Luna Soiree was born...

I enjoy connecting with people, making you feel comfortable and at ease, and getting to know you personally. This helps me understand your preferences while assisting you in planning your special occasion. There are those who need something a little less hands on--we can facilitate things at your comfort level too. And as for the details, you can rest assured that all your important ones (and even your not so important ones), will be handled with the utmost care.

The bottom line... I want your planning experience to be stress-free and enjoyable, and the occasion to be fun, successfully memorable, and precisely as you would enjoy it most.

Libbie Bollinger began her career in event planning after graduating from Albion College. While in her hometown of Ann Arbor she found a love of working with clients to create memorable events.

A venture to San Francisco opened her eyes to a passion for the fashion industry while managing and buying for a high-end woman’s clothing boutique. Upon her return to Ann Arbor, Libbie continued her work as a boutique manager while beginning her journey with Luna Soiree.

As she enjoys professions where she can be creative and collaborative, she currently doubles as a sales associate at Paragon Display Group, a graphic imaging firm based in Ann Arbor, and an event coordinator for Luna Soiree.

A diverse background and a passion for dedicated, personalized service make Libbie a great addition the Luna Soiree team.
